If youre supposed to pick up a vehicle, be sure you get there early. The recording says the security office is open till , but when we got there at P.M. we were told they were closed and we couldnt pick up the vehicles we were supposed to get... So be warned

For me, I seen a well organized operation. People did what was required and seemed like your perm employees had their own assignments down. Great job

Not a nice place at all, management is all about themselves and do not care at all about employees or customers. Most employees dont care either and will find ways to avoid work at all. Vehicles are mistreated and driven carelessly, when the vehicle breaks employees claim it came in that way.

Not a fan. Dealers Auto Auction is a much better alternative if you can. Making payments for vehicles is antiquated and cumbersome, and had a recent title issue that REALLY raised my eyebrows and I had to get pretty insistent with them in order to not lose a car deal and the plus already spent in recon.

Sold me a flood title car with no announcements Arbitrated it and had to wait weeks for them to take it back. Staff is nice but there policymanagement SUCK.

Great staff. They are always helpful and easy to deal with. Any Issues and or questions I have brought to their attention have been resolvedanswered fairly and within a reasonable amount of time.
