I believe that the year old reviews about Family Car Care were carried over from when it was All Tune Lube in fairness to the new owners.

I have used FCC for years never been disappointed. Professional friendly service, reasonable prices timely service. Trouble shooting is excellent.

Highly recommended Ive been going to Tony and Dick for years with my family cars and theyre great. Ive gone in thinking brake job and come out with a short bill for brake fluid. We trust them implicitly.

We moved to Gloucester a year and a half ago and have used these guys for inspections several times now. Most recently my old Volvo failed, but they told me exactly what to do and day later it passed. They are very efficient, helpful and friendly, I would recommend them strongly.

Completely honest and thorough in my experience years. Never pushed an unnecessary repair on us. You cant schedule your appt its firstcome, firstserve, and they can be very busy, but were local and they always get it done, so it works for us.
