Absolutely terrible, rude and unhelpful. You spend all kinds of money on a new vehicle and even when its under warranty or has an active recall for an item that makes it unusable, takes nearly months to get an appointment.

Waste of time. Booked an appointment a month out for a software update. Showed up, sat and waited for hours before leaving after the tech still had not started the work. Whats the purpose of an appointment at this business Too many other options in the area to go back here.
