Abysmal service. They almost never answer the phone for individuals during opening hours, but police and insurance companies can get through without a problem. Theyll do anything to hold your car longer and rack up charges. Horrible, unpredictable treatment of numerous kinds. Avoid this place at any cost, if you can.

Great tow company that Ive used multiple times. Once I was in an accident and the md police called liberty to come get my car and they dealt direct with my insurance and everything was taken care of smoothly then locked my keys in my car and they ever came to unlock it for me
