Very rude and unprofessional... I wouldnt recommend anyone going there to get a car. My car was only a few weeks past due and they towed it and they told me as long as it was paid within the month it would be ok. They didnt even report the tow to Memphis PD and i reported stolen. The biggest mistake was trusting there word.
