My experience so far is just phone calls, but the staff seems friendly and is willing to help you make decisions with repairing your vehicle without hassling you to lock in a sale. Once I get the full experience as a customer I expect the rating to be even better.

Called them around am about the problem my daughter was having with her car. Randy told her to come right over and everything was fixed by pm. Randy explained everything in detail. We live four hours away for Mississippi State so we are thankful he was able to get her back on the road.

They were suppose to replace the alternator and did, but the radio is no longer working. It was working just fine beforehand. My vehicle was also running hot after it was serviced at this place. I do not recommend this shop to anyone
