HORRIBLE rented a u haul there she had mo clue what she was doing took minutes to get truck that we had reserved one way for a couple hours and miles. After minutes she had us going one way to PA for day at miles at times the amount WHAT A NIGHTMARE

Very rude, Valentina I believe her name is asked me when Im going to stop talking when I was talking to my husband. I was upset about a cost and wanted clarification. There are other uhaul places who treat you with respect.
