Sales process is as great Seamless and easy, I loved it However car was filthy inside. Poorly detailed outside. Windows were disgusting inside. Like gross. Smooth transaction, although a little lengthy. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the hour test drive as it can be hard to really get the feel of a car in a short test drive. The only downside was that all the car prices are firm. No haggling. Whenever I need another car I will return to CarMax.
