Cant even get the records straight. I have FREE oil change, they want to charge I got irate, told them to check records. They apologized, I told them that this is unacceptable. Been in here years and they dont have my stuff correct. I aught to get a Dodge Doenges Ford services are terrible

Albert and Michele were awesome Great customer service, I told Albert what I had, what I wanted and he was quick to show us. Michele was very helpful and got me a better rate than my bank gave me. In and out in no time, highly recommend this team

I have always liked doenges ford. Their lots are manuverable. Plenty of room. And right next door to my most favorite QT. MADEot just in time.

They got me in and out as fast as they could, especially since I had several different things that needed to be done to my vehicile.

I am sorry to report, this dealership has gone downhill fast. Put my truck in the shop due to engine failure and they got it running but it is still throwing codes, and running rough. But they will not provide you with a reason. More

I didnt have an on sight experience. I acquired financing for a potential vehicle purchase. Informed them of my intention to visit and hopefully purchase a vehicle. I live miles away and they couldnt even have the common courtesy to at least hold til the next morning. Id give zero stars if I could.
