Just a great car buying experience. Test drove cars. Zero pressure. Took our time and got a good deal on a subaru. No sneaking finance charges on a guy or trying to sell me on warranties and Gap. Just a straight up deal in a timely fashion. A pleasant surprise as I rarely enjoy the process of acquiring a car.

Overall customer service was great, and all. But I got sold a car with each tire missing a lug nut. Nonetheless I have little babies. Checking the lug nuts when car shopping should be the last thing I should check
