I recently moved back to Washington. NO dealership was willing to work with me EXCEPT Family Auto. They worked REALLY hard to get me into a RELIABLE vehicle and even knocked some off for a tire. I HIGHLY recommend them

I have purchased two travel trailers and Ford Expedition from the guys at family auto. They are simply amazing to work with and will work hard to make sure you are happy. They even fixed a couple issues I had without any questions and made sure I was happy when I left. I look forward to my next purchase from them.

What a great bunch at Family Auto Center. I have to say this was the easiest car Ive ever purchased. They work with my, bank Horizon Credit Union, Ta Da loan approved and we drove off with a new car to me. Wish I could give stars. Once the forms are signed and money is exchanged, they could care less about you. Things that were promised to be fixed if we bought the car werent done, and I was treated like yesterdays trash when I would call. Dont waste your time, half the reviews on here are from the owners themselves anyways.
