Poor car judgment, poor managing skill from the manager. Technician made assumptions rather than looking at the car history.Not planning to visit this place again. Planning to change to another vendor car and sell my car.

The sales team have been very nice to deal with though the process takes quite a while up to hrs. The service department was incredibly slow and I wouldnt recommend using them. Try your local mechanic. They dont have a large selection of cars on the lot at the moment but thats probably not a Sierra problem.
