We went to several larger corp. Toyota and Kia and they made a bunch of promises but only made my credit score go down. Ruiz at Lakeland and Jose in Winter Park are simply outstanding. Have not purchased a car from here yet but felt comfortable with Luis and Lily. Did not feel pushed. We asked what the final out the door price would be and we received the final quote broke down and did not see any hidden fees and dealer fee is less than the large dealerships.
