Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and was charged for both. Wasnt until I came home that I realized my tires never got rotated. I was able to tell because I had a nail in my rear driver tire and that tire was in the same spot post service.

Kotey McCall in service goes above and beyond to help us. Im in the car business and used to manage a Ford store, and finding a service writer who gives his level of customer service is difficult. Because of him, my wife and I will continue to take our truck to Fairway Ford for years to come. Give that man a raise ASAP
